A personalized digital product: a playable pixel-art wedding invitation, built to order from the details you give us and delivered online at its own web address. Nothing physical is made or shipped.
Every invitation includes personalized guest links, RSVP with a live headcount, a guest wish wall, countdown, maps, a gift section, and music. Your guests need no app and no account.
The clock starts when your completed story form reaches us, not when you pay. If the form is missing something we need, we'll email you and the clock pauses until it's answered.

We take a limited number of orders each month so these dates hold. If we're ever going to miss them, you'll hear it from us before the date, not after.
A revision round means you send us your changes in one go and we apply them. Wording, dates, venues, photos, colours, story text, the order of scenes: all fair game.
What a revision round isn't: starting the concept over from scratch, or switching to a different theme after the build is finished. If you want that, talk to us and we'll quote it honestly rather than pretend it's free.
Small factual corrections after go-live, like a venue address changing or a name spelled wrong, are always free. We're not going to charge you for a typo.
Before we start building: full refund, no questions. If you change your mind before we've begun work on your invitation, email us and you get everything back.
Once building has started: no refund, but you're not stuck. Your invitation is made specifically for you and can't be resold to anyone else, so we can't undo the work. What you do have is your revision rounds: if it isn't right, tell us and we'll fix it.
If we fail to deliver: full refund. If we miss the agreed date and can't put it right, or we can't finish your invitation for any reason on our side, you get all of your money back. That one is on us, not you.
"Building has started" means we've begun making your invitation, which happens after your story form arrives. Up to that point, cancelling costs you nothing.
Because each invitation is made to your own specifications, the usual cooling-off period for digital purchases doesn't apply once building has started with your go-ahead. The refund rules above are what we offer instead, and they're deliberately more generous than the minimum.
Twelve months of hosting is included from the day your invitation goes live, so it survives well past the wedding as something your guests can replay. We'll email you before it expires and you can extend it. We won't take it down without telling you first.
What you send us is used for one thing: building your invitation. We don't sell it, share it, or feed it anywhere else.
We'd love to show finished work as examples, but we ask you first and a no costs you nothing. It's your wedding, not our portfolio.
RSVPs and wishes your guests leave belong to you. We store them so your invitation can show them to you, and we don't sell them or use them to market anything to your guests.
Guests aren't tracked with advertising cookies and don't have to identify themselves beyond the name they type into an RSVP.
Pixel & Promise makes your invitation. Payments are handled by Polar as merchant of record, which means Polar processes the payment and handles sales tax and VAT where it applies. Their name is what appears on your card statement.
